AI PERSONAL TRAINING

Your team is training. Are you?

One-to-one AI training for CEOs and board members. No group, no fixed date, no full day blocked out: four to eight sessions built around your role, your decisions and your calendar.

No serious athlete delegates their training to their support team. They do the work themselves, then lead from that position of strength. AI leadership is no different: you cannot direct what you do not understand, and you cannot challenge what you have never tried.

The gap nobody schedules

  1. You have no time — and that is exactly the problem. Between board calls, P&L reviews and the next fire, there is no space to learn AI. You have been saying "next month" for a year.
  2. You have been warming up for months. A drafted email here, a polished post there. No athlete competes on warm-up routines.
  3. You are watching from the stands. Your team experiments daily; you approve budgets and nod at demos. That is spectating.
  4. Your AI fitness is untested. A board member asks you to assess an AI strategy, an investor asks the hard question. Fluency or bluff?
  5. You need a trainer, not a lecture. Not more theory — someone who builds a programme around your gaps and puts you to work.

How the training runs

1:1
1:1ONLINE OR IN PERSON
4–8SESSIONS
60–90MINUTES EACH

No group. No fixed date. No full day blocked out. All sessions booked upfront around your calendar, fully personalised to your role and sector.

THE SESSION ARC
01AI Fitness Assessment. Where you are today — your tools, your decisions, your gaps. Honest baseline, specific to your company.
02–03Core Training. The tools and workflows that matter for your role. Built live, in use before the next session.
04–05Personalised Drills. AI mapped to your highest-leverage decisions: strategy, communication, competitive intelligence.
06–07Race Simulation. One real AI process per session. You design it, test it, use it. Each builds on the last.
08Your Ongoing Plan. Tools, habits, 90-day targets. Optional monthly retainer to keep going.

What you can do afterwards

  • Use AI daily — from Monday morning. Tools set up and running in your workflow before we finish. Not homework.
  • Know your performance gaps. A precise map of where AI creates leverage in your role, not a generic framework.
  • Perform in the boardroom. Challenge vendor claims, direct your CTO, set the AI agenda.
  • Own a workflow you built yourself. A real process you designed and tested — not a demo you watched.
  • Race with a plan. A 90-day training plan with specific targets, tools and habits.

EU AI Act · Article 4

COMPLIANCE

Since 2 February 2025, every company deploying AI tools is legally required to ensure sufficient AI literacy at leadership level. "My CTO handles it" does not satisfy Article 4 for a CEO or board member.

Providers and deployers shall take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of their staff and other persons dealing with the operation and use of AI systems on their behalf.EU Regulation 2024/1689 · in force 2 February 2025

The training leaves a documented record: your legal team gets what it needs, and it qualifies as regulatory compliance training rather than personal development.

YOUR TRAINER

I do not teach from textbooks. I built Beekeeper from zero to $50M ARR, raised $100M, and ran the post-merger integration at LumApps. AI changed how I work, how I decide and how I compete — I show you exactly how, session by session.
