Where does AI pay back first in your company?
A fixed-price assessment for founder-led companies. One 45-minute conversation, a written report five working days later, and a straight answer: which tools to switch on this month, which process to fix before you automate it, and how many hours a week that returns.
Most companies start AI at the wrong end: a big build, a vendor demo, a pilot nobody uses. An athlete does not buy a new bike before a lactate test. Measure first, then train the gap.
How it runs
FIXED PRICEWhat the report gives you
- Three to seven off-the-shelf tools. Named, priced, and mapped to the task they replace. Most can be switched on this month without a developer.
- The one process to fix first. The workflow where time leaks most — and whether it needs AI at all, or just fewer steps.
- Hours returned per week. An estimate per recommendation, so you can rank them by payback, not by hype.
- A 90-day sequence. What to do in which order, and what to leave alone.
- Data and compliance notes. Where your data would go, what the Swiss revFADP and the EU AI Act ask of you, and what to check with your legal team.
Who it is for
- Founder-led companies, 10 to 200 people. Big enough to have repeatable processes, small enough that the founder still decides.
- Teams already "using ChatGPT a bit". Individual habits, no shared system, no idea what it is worth.
- Leaders who were pitched a big build. You want a second opinion before you sign a six-figure project.
Not a fit: companies looking for a slide deck on "AI strategy". I do not write those.
After the assessment
OPTIONALThe review call recommends exactly one next step, based on what the report found. If you go ahead within 60 days, the assessment fee is credited in full.
Process redesign
CHF 2,500Current-state map, future-state map, build blueprint. Often no AI at all: automating a broken process only breaks it faster.
Knowledge system
FROM CHF 3,500One assistant trained on your own documents, answering the questions your team or your customers ask twenty times a week.
Custom workflows
CHF 4,000–7,000A repeatable process turned into a set of AI skills your team runs. Priced on the hours it returns, not the hours it takes to build.
Full implementation
FROM CHF 10,000A mix of the above, wired into the tools you already use. This is where AI stops being a project and becomes infrastructure.
AI concierge
CHF 1,800 / MONTHTwo 45-minute working sessions a month. You share your screen, we take one workflow per call and ship it before we hang up.
I built Beekeeper from zero to $50M ARR, raised $100M, and ran the post-merger integration at LumApps. Today I build with AI every day: a system of agents runs my mornings, my training and my house. The recommendations come from what works in production, not from a vendor list.
